What is included in my Package?
Your Wedding at Coed is only restricted by your imagination.
Coed is based on the concept of unity, love and sharing with your family and friends that you wish to join you in celebration of your love and commitment to each other.
We have a zero-waste policy at Coed which ensures that you are considering your impact on the environment whilst you celebrate with your loved ones.

Our full weekend package offer's you the ability to spend relaxed quality time with your guests without rushing your celebrations to spend time in their company.
Your Full Weekend Package would include
- Access from 10am on Friday until 2pm on Sunday
- Accommodation for 36 guests for 2 x consecutive nights
- Exclusive use of the entire venue with no access to the general public for the term of your hire
- Use of main and smaller barn for your ceremony and reception party
- All glassware we have at Coed at time of hire
- 12 x reclaimed wood trestle tables to fit up to 10 guests per table.
- 100 recycled old school chairs
- Free onsite camping for your guests
- Pre-planned use of Sauna and plunge pool
- Fire Pit for warmth for your evening guests (Maintained by Coed staff only and weather permitting)
- Use of the Gardens and Woodland to gather ivy to self decorate the venue plus edible flowers to decorate your food, water or Wedding cake
- Full use of all the surrounding fields and woodland for Photography shoot, meandering guests and evening festivities (only exemption is Coed Hills House and gardens next door to the venue which is a private residence and is off limits)
- Event Staff (up to 10 depending on requirements and party size)
- Use of PA system

- All Catering costs
- Cost of registrar or celebrant
- All Drinks (apart from water)
- Ice
- Entertainment
- Decorative chairs
- Crockery and Cutlery (this is usually supplied by your chosen caterer)
Our venue works with you to help you reduce your costs, your waste, be more in control of your day and nurture your creativity making the impossible possible.
We also have an exclusive Facebook page dedicated to all our Brides, Past and Present, which you can join when you have secured your date. This is an incredibly supportive group where Coed couples can advise, share tips, costs and ideas plus sell on goods that they have used to help reduce waste further.

If you are struggling with how you could use the space at Coed for a 2 or 3 day event, here is an example of a recent Festival Wedding that took place at our Outdoor venue..........
Friday
10 am - Main Wedding party meet at Coed for venue set up
6pm - Lunch in The Bush inn St Hilary
or - BBQ or Pizza takeaway in communal living space
8pm - Music & Drinks around the fire pit
Saturday
Saturday is the big day! Our wedding ceremony, followed by an evening reception.
Daytime
10am - Campsite and accommodation check-in opens for Saturday Wedding & Party guests
11.:30pm - 1pm - For light lunch we recommend The Bush Inn, the local village pub just 2 mins from Coed Hills
1:30pm - Guests to meet at the front of the barn
2pm - Ceremony in the big barn
3pm - Gin & Tonics on the terrace
4pm - Wedding Feast in the big barn
6:30pm - DIY Bar opens
Evening
7:30pm - Cut the cake and first dance
8:00pm - Evening reception starts in the big barn
9pm - Coffee and Cheese buffet in the small barn
9:30pm - Campfire, Marshmallows & Woodfired Pizza on the Terrace
10:30pm - Fire display by Pembrokeshire Fire Spinners
11pm - 2am - Party time!
2am - Chilled out jam on the hay bales by the fire-pit to end the celebrations
Sunday
6:45am - Welcome in the sunrise from the quiet of our very own Stone Circle
9am - 10am - Wood fired Sauna
10am - 12pm - Buffet style breakfast will be served in main barn (£10 adv)
1pm - Say your goodbyes and Guest Check-out
For a light lunch we can recommend The Bush Inn the local village Pub just 2 mins from the site or various brasseries and bars are in abundance in the neighbouring village, Cowbridge, just 4 miles away.
If you play a musical instrument, don't forget to bring it along for the campfire.
